    Don’t get me started on this, I’ve just spent the evening on insurance websites.
    Most ironic thing - if I phoned up and spoke to a real life person, I’m sure I’d be have a haggle a discount given my advanced courses, which don’t tick specified boxes so I can’t use them online.
    However, by phoning up a real life person, I suddenly end up losing my 10% online discount.
    Is it me, or is it actually impossible to win here?
