Essays Are Over!
My essays are finally done, over, complete - and handed in!
I have been working on these essays pretty much constantly for over two months now, all of whom were due directly one after another. During that time I have read a good twenty books and articles and written nearly 15,000 words.
But now I have finally finished the last one! All completed, footnoted and bibliography added!
So now I have a chance to relax a little! And then get working on my dissertation (due in September)…
At least I don’t have any exams, a fact which I will now rub in the faces of all my friends who do. Mwahahaha!

I have a 6,000 word paper to start work on now. What is your dissertation on?
My dissertation is going to be on Nationalism and the Suez Crisis. Precisely what I will be examining will be determined when I meet with my supervisor soon.
So you actually got them finished! The question is were they any good? You certainly left it even later than I usually do!
I do envy your exam situation, although unfortunately I can’t say i’m studying hard.
I’ve always left my essays late - I just can’t seem to get motivated enough to do them before I have to!

I know what you mean though, I need the pressure to do the work well, otherwise I don’t seem to be able to focus, and end wasting my time.
