Not because I’m not aware of how much I’m drinking - but because I know how much I’m drinking.

Was out for a meal last night, but driving. When driving, the most I’ll have is one unit of alcohol. In terms of wine, the rule of thumb is that that is “one small glass” ie. 125ml.

Thankfully, there was a large enough group with enough wine drinkers for us to share a group. If not, I wouldn’t have wanted a 175ml glass, so wouldn’t have been able to have a glass of wine with my meal.
Which is very wrong… ;)
