		<description>This is serious stuff and could really make a difference. You'd don't need to know what someone does for a living to say "NO HEAVY LIFTING" or "AVOID USE OF RIGHT HAND".&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Isn't it far more sensible to have this approach than the curent system?&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;a HREF="http://www.personneltoday.com/articles/2008/02/21/44529/well-notes-the-cure-for-sickness-absence.html" REL="nofollow"&gt;Doctors don't seem keen&lt;/a&gt; but employers will like it.</description>
