Captain Conception and Cash Gordon
Fathers 4 Justice campaigners, dressed up as superheroes - named Captain Conception and Cash Gordon - have climbed on to the roof of Harriet Harman’s house, and unfurled a banner saying “A father is for life, not just conception”.
Harman was presumably selected because last month she stated that marriage was irrelevant to government policy, undermining the traditional [or even untraditional] family life.
However, as much as I support their protest I’m not sure that climbing on to the private residence of a Cabinet member is really quite right. They should have selected a public building, really, if they want to protest like this. Like Norfolk Bloger, I think that Fathers 4 Justice have become Father 4 Publicity, and they need to readjust their activities.
Probably the best thing about this protest is the superhero names thay have given themselves. Inspired!

If I was ever in a position to “make demands”, I’d like them to be like on a Hollywood Blockbuster.
A million pounds in used, non-sequential £10 notes; a helicopter to take me to an airport where there’d be a fully fuelled private jet; and a Chinese takeaway from down the road.
So, what are the two (now down to one) demanding?
“The campaigners, who are dressed as “Captain Conception” and “Cash Gordon”, had said they intended to remain at the property until the former minister of justice read Mark Harris’s book, “Family Court Hell”.”
To read a book….
Perhaps the problem is giving in to the demands is that Harman can’t read? :p
