“Dragon adds fire to Tory task force”

Unfortunately it’s not me, but one of those fake dragons from TV, who are really just people with large bank balances.

Oh well, maybe next time!

My HTML Colour…

you are limegreen
#32CD32

Your dominant hue is green. You’re logical and steadfast, focused on figuring life out and doing what makes sense. You value being trusted because you know you’re taking the time to figure things out and everyone should just follow you.

Your saturation level is higher than average - You know what you want, but sometimes know not to tell everyone. You value accomplishments and know you can get the job done, so don’t be afraid to run out and make things happen.

Your outlook on life is brighter than most people’s. You like the idea of influencing things for the better and find hope in situations where others might give up. You’re not exactly a bouncy sunshine but things in your world generally look up.

You Scored an A

You got 10/10 questions correct.

It’s pretty obvious that you don’t make basic grammatical errors.
If anything, you’re annoyed when people make simple mistakes on their blogs.
As far as people with bad grammar go, you know they’re only human.
And it’s humanity and its current condition that truly disturb you sometimes.

Non-doms

Is there anyone else who can’t help but giggle whenever the term “non-doms” is used by politicians or journalists, especially when they’re trying to be particularly serious and sound economically competent?

Yes it’s juvenile, but immensely entertaining to those of us with minds which reside primarily in the gutter.

Certainly I can’t help a bit of school-boy sniggering.

Devil’s Kitchen has a selection of political and philosophical quotes - from Jefferson to Mill to Churchill - that everyone should read.

Why is that none of our politicians* could quote any one of them and be taken seriously? It’s a sad state of affairs.

Go read them here.

* There might, possibly, be one or two who could say one or two - but no more than that.
