Is there anyone else who can’t help but giggle whenever the term “non-doms” is used by politicians or journalists, especially when they’re trying to be particularly serious and sound economically competent?
Yes it’s juvenile, but immensely entertaining to those of us with minds which reside primarily in the gutter.
Certainly I can’t help a bit of school-boy sniggering.

Devil’s Kitchen has a selection of political and philosophical quotes - from Jefferson to Mill to Churchill - that everyone should read.
Why is that none of our politicians* could quote any one of them and be taken seriously? It’s a sad state of affairs.
