Not the “normal” type of blog - it’s a sing-along! But absolutely hilarious.
Act I and Act II are now up, and Act III is due up tomorrow. And they will all vanish for good on July 20th.
So go watch now!
UPDATE: Act III is up.
The government has now formally ratified the EU Constitution Lisbon Treaty. In doing this, they have sidestepped the courts, and shoved two fingers in the direction of the British people.
We wanted to vote on it, and successfully stalled ratification. But the government have now gone on anyway, despite their being a hearing today on whether [...]
No decision has yet taken by the government as to whether they will create a huge database containing a record of our phone calls, emails, and internet use.
The Information Commissioner, Richard Thomas, said that it could be a “step too far for the British way of life”, and then asked the question:
Do we really want [...]
After a decade of Blair getting off around the world to stay woith rich mates for his summer holiday, it appears that “I’m staying in Britain” is the order of the day for politicians, with Brown reportedly going to Southwold in Suffolk and the Scottish coast, and Cameron holidaying in Cornwall. Only Clegg is bucking [...]

I’m seriously impressed. This something that I called for just over a month ago, and they have produced it.
However, I do have some criticisms:
To start with, there is no summary of the full amount that each MP has claimed from the taxpayer under expenses. This makes a real comparison harder, though I’m sure that there [...]
I am currently trapped in my office, since a “suspect package” has been handed in to the police station opposite - and the entire road outside has been blocked off.

According to the Mail, she will be given a State funeral when she dies at some point in the future. If this is true, she will be the first Prime Minister since Churchill to be accorded this honour.
This is of course called “no less than she deserves” from some quarters, and “an insult” from others.

Voting: The chance for the people to vote for issues or politicians out of a desire to choose their own leaders and/or future.

Well, not under this government.
Instead, it has been reclassified as:
Voting: The opportunity to get into a prize draw to win a TV, iPod or supermarket voucher.
Voting is an essential part of the democratic [...]
Liam Donaldson, chief medical officer, is proposing a new authoritarian policy - cutting the legal blood alcohol limit for drivers aged 17-20 to zero.
That is a stupid idea for various reasons:
Young/new drivers are rarely the ones who drink and drive. They tend to have far more respect for the road and other drivers than older [...]

Tony Blair, Middle East Envoy, has been beaten at his own game by French President Nicolas Sarkozy:
The Israeli and Palestinian leaders have expressed their optimism over the chances for peace at a summit of EU and Mediterranean rim nations in Paris.
Israeli PM Ehud Olmert said his country had never been so close to reaching an [...]
